Patient Experience Conference

Sponsored by Warith International Cancer Institute, the Patient Experience Summit was held on September 27-28 at Al-Sibtain University for Medical Sciences, with the attendance of Arab and foreign figures. This summit followed the Patient Experience Conference that took place in Abu Dhabi.

The conference covered several key topics, including:
The concept of patient experience and how to improve it, as well as its impact on patients' mental and physical health.
Workshops focused on establishing new foundations and innovative solutions to elevate healthcare to an advanced level.
The crucial point is to highlight the roadmap for improving healthcare in Iraq by 2030.
All these topics and workshops were presented by distinguished Arab and foreign experts who shared their experiences and insights with our health institutions.

Comprehensive insights were provided regarding the patient experience journey in Iraq, covering the following areas:
Iraq's health vision by 2030.
Raising healthcare standards.
Enhancing the doctor-patient relationship.
Increasing motivation and well-being among the medical staff.
Improving patient interaction strategies.
Professional training and development.
Encouraging health institutions to evolve, grow, and innovate.
After overcoming several challenges, the Patient Experience Conference was held for the first time in Karbala, with 12 experts in patient experience from various countries. They shared their experiences and knowledge with Iraqi health institutions through workshops, applying new principles for providing comprehensive patient care. This conference marks the first step toward achieving progress in improving the patient experience within Iraq.
